We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being very clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, especially the outdoor kitchen and barbecue next to the pool. It was also a bonus to have parking right outside our room for easy unloading and loading of our belongings. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to cities like Coimbra. And the best part was the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, there is a great restaurant just 100 yards away from the hotel, which was perfect for our dining needs.

Personally, I would have preferred if the triple room had air conditioning instead of just a balcony. However, I understand that some guests might enjoy the fresh air and don't mind the absence of air conditioning.

Poorly Lit Road Entrance: The only downside was the lack of proper lighting at the entrance of the property. It made finding my way back in the evening feel a bit like navigating a maze.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the children working there. While they were polite and friendly, I would have appreciated some extra help with my bags and navigating the surrounding area.
